The very next day, their sales representative Nic came by for an estimate and we ended up finding that a roof replacement was much more necessary than the siding. The process that began Tuesday ended on Thursday evening with a brand new roof. Jorge’s crew did excellent work and had the project finished by 4pm. They ensured that my yard was clear of any nails or debris, and took it all with them, which was highly appreciated. I’m very happy with the results, and I feel comfortable making this decision just in time for the winter storm that is looming."

"Two shingles, which were improperly installed by the homebuilder, fell off the roof just before the remnants of a tropical storm came through.  In addition, I was aware that the rubber seals on the plumbing vent roof flashings was deteriorating and needed to be fixed or replaced.
I called Georgia at Spicer Brothers on a Thursday morning, and explained the urgency of my situation with the coming heavy rains.  She worked with their projects manager to send a crew out that day.  The repairmen who responded were experienced, and not only fixed the fallen shingles but also identified that surrounding shingles had been nailed improperly.  They re-nailed several surrounding shingles and applied adhesive to reinforce the area as best as possible. 
The crew also installed permaboots over the plumbing vent flashings to prevent leaks. 
I was very happy with the service and price seemed reasonable, especially since they had to pull a crew off another job to respond to my emergency.  I would definitely use them again for repairs and will look to them when it comes time to replace the roof.

The roofing team work very efficiently and arrived at 8 am and worked through until 730 pm on the first day. The second day the team installed the rest of the roof, including a dormer that needed flat roof installation. When finished the team cleaned my yard up and ran the magnet in all surrounding areas. "George was very professional when we first dealt with him and did a satisfactory job.  However, when we wanted him to do smaller jobs, he did not respond or set up dates to come and then did not show up nor did he call.  His father, who is the actual owner of George's Painting, came to our house for an estimate to have 3 closet shelves installed (the metal mesh type) for hwich he wanted $650.00.  We thought that was entirely too much as the material cost less than $100.  We looked for someone else off of Angie's list and got an excellent person who only charged $200 which was more reasonable and on top of that did an excellent job.    In addition we are having numerous other things done at reasonable prices.  Had I waited a bit longer, I could have gotten my house painted much cheaper as well.  George is overpriced and does not respond when you call or will he make an appointment with you and then not keep it.  I am glad I found someone else who is capable of doing what we want, is professional, does excellent work and his price is more reasonable.    I have already had work done by this other company and we are very satisfied.

"They were not the cheapest but we were most impressed with their supplies of siding samples and their knowledge in being able to explain the different types of siding. We feel we got our value and we can honestly say we don't have one single complaint. Very responsive with me. The workers were also very great at cleaning up everyday even though they knew they were coming back the next day."

"The work that he did, he did pretty well. First he came out to do an estimate and said that he could do everything that we needed done and then when he did come out to complete the work he said he couldnt do a couple of things because he would have to be on a ladder so that was a little disappointing. I would recommend him to anyone unless the work involves being on a ladder or roof work."

I shopped windows like crazy. They have their own special window that is very nice and energy efficient.

They scheduled the roof first. Two days later they did my siding and windows.

Excellent cleanup.

They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid.

I highly recommend them to anyone need exterior work done.
