"I was really impressed start to finish. When I called to get an estimate thet answered immediately and we were able to do an estimate the same day. We scheduled an appointment about a week or two out. The day of service the crew arrived right on time. I received a text with about 30-45 minute lead and they got right to work. They made quick work of the gutters and even removed the old broken gutter guards. Then they made their way around the house and worked efficiently on that task as well. I was surprised at their thoroughness. I wasn't expecting the doors to be washed and they even gave the front porch a spray down because they, "didn't want me and the baby to slip" on the build up they found there. They even cleaned up afterwards putting the old guards neatly where I had requested they go. The house looks brand new, the windows are spotless, and I couldn't be happier. I wouldn't hesitate to go with J&A again and will recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. I am go glad to have found someone professional, reliable, and trustworthy."

Gerald was wonderful, explained to me that i needed to clean the outside of my gutters for best performance. He repaired the piece in a few minutes. "Brandon seems like a very nice guy but the professionalism needs improvement. The quote we were given was significantly less than the final bill. We were quoted $600 and we knew the add on of mulch and frame would increase the final bill to roughly $1200 but then the final bill came in at $1600. The logic was not there to understand the difference. And most importantly, if I'm paying premium pricing, I would prefer premium service. The number of times that he mentioned pieces were missing but I am showing him "nope, the piece is right here" was silly. He should have been better organized. He explained he needed to screw in four posts because they fabricated the holes incorrectly... he put them in upside down! But I'm being charged for the screws. Again, I think he was a nice guy, but I also think he was green and did a poor job giving a quote and staying organized. When I'm paying for the mistakes, it's disturbing."
