"Overall, we received great customer service and a solid product. I am happy with the results. 
We had some issues with scheduling. Our back gutters were taken care of quickly, but a large tree in our front yard limited access. We ended up calling in a landscaping company to cut the branches overhanging our home, and afterwards Exterior Pros of America came back out to our house to finish the job. 
While up on the tall ladder, they also fixed/resecured a decorative shutter on one of our top floor windows for no additional charge. I appreciated their thoughfulness and felt like they really aimed to take care of our home. 
I do think that the gutter guard product is expensive, but it seems a very high quality. With all work completed, I feel that it was worth the investment and I'd recommend Exterior Pros.

"Skyline Design quoted replacing my entire HVAC system (Heat pump, propane Furnace). From selecting and ordering the new equipment, to install, everything was great. They gave me three options in equipment brands and outlined all the pros and cons for my wife and me to understand. They did the install in one day as promised. "It was wonderful working with Chris/Castlewood.  They worked weekends, late night, extreme cold weather and pouring rain to make sure that the only bathroom in my home was functional.  Chris understood my needs and kept the budget under control.  I come from a building background and this house restoration has been a long-term, partial do it yourself project.  I've hired other service providers in the past and was never happy with the work done, often having to hire new contractors before finally giving up and doing the work myself. 

Chris/Castlewood is the first time I have been pleased with a contractor/service provider.  Chris understood my willingness and desire to do certain work on my own and also understood the constraints of my skills and adapted his own scope of work to keep me involved.  The cost of the work was exactly what I expected.  No surprise invoices that doubled and tripled the prices quoted by past (fired) contractors.

I will be using Chris/Castlewood for all future projects in the house.   If the floor replacement and kitchen remodel I'll be doing later this year turn out half as well as the bathroom repair I'll be an extremely pleased owner of a restored antique home."

"Todd and Patrick came out to measure and quote cutting an opening between my kitchen and computer room, as big as it could be, to marry both rooms. Although this was a load bearing wall, they were happy to work with me to make to happen.  It took about two and a half days. They were really nice guys, kept me informed and cleaned up after they finished. When I told them about putting a granite counter on top of the pass through, Patrick mentioned a granite place he worked for, which I ended up using instead of the one I had a quote from. It worked out great because Todd and Patrick did that installation as well. And, it was almost half the price. I would use them again for any project."
