While I ran to Home Depot to buy a new faucet, he checked out our Rinnai tankless water heater and installed the new faucet upon my return. We were concerned the solution involved increasing water pressure at our well head or somewhere in between. Moving forward, he will be our go to plumber as my wife and I both trust him. A rare commodity these days."

"These were really nice guys and they did a good job but they're were a few areas where they could improve. The shower water blender is reversed, so hot and cold are switched from what it says on the hardware. The outdoor water spigot was installed without screws so it swivels slightly. We can fix that easily but they should have secured it with screws. They needed to leave to get a party, and both went. It would have been more efficient our one stayed to do the other repair while the other went shopping. More efficient and more economical to save time on the job. These were really nice young guys, respectful and responsive."

The templator Shawn arrived in a timely manner on February 14, 2024 and was quick and efficient to measure our bathrooms so we could start this process. Though out the process, our design consultant Sarah was checking in with me, going over every detail and always responsive to my emails. CGM phoned Monday (2.26.24) at 7:00 AM to advise our installers would be at my house in 20-30 minutes and they were. They worked quickly and efficiently in and out doing what had to be done and cleaned up behind themselves before leaving. They were in and out in 2-hours and did a beautiful job. Our plumber Bubba phoned today (2.27.24) to advise he was on his way and arrived as he said he would. My husband was home today and Bubba answered any questions he had and also was very efficient and in and out. He cleaned up and I couldn't be more pleased.
