"After researching reviews, we contacted Lux Foundation Solutions to assess the condition of the 1930’s stone foundation of our home. On the Lux Foundation Solutions website it states, “We saw a need for a honest, reputable and dedicated company within the industry; putting customers first before profit and personal interests.” Based on our interaction with the company this philosophy is spot on. Laurie, our initial contact was professional and helpful in scheduling and rescheduling appointments. Tony, the Lux Foundation Solutions structural engineer arrived right on time, listened to our concerns, and made an exceedingly thorough inspection of the property. His expertise, guidance and understanding of our foundation issues coupled with his suggestions and knowledge to rectify water and landscaping issues was exceedingly valuable and appreciated. We highly recommend Lux Foundation Solutions."

"We had foundation piers in our crawl space and 3 pumps with drain gutters installed in our basement in October. They had to come back in July because water was seeping into the basement from another area. They scheduled the additional work quickly. Conan and Charles added the additional gutter to the existing gutter and did not have to put in another pump with outside drain. The work invoice was adjusted to a lower cost, and we are satisfied . Time will tell if our basement stays dry. Wish they had done all the gutter work originally , as it is noisy and dusty , Thanks , especially Conan!"

"the project went well, it took a couple of days, the contactor was very knowledgeable and respected our property."

"Good people to work with, professional in every way. Normally when we received 2" of rain water would start entering the basement. When we receive 3" the basement floor would be covered. Two days after installing their system our area received 8.5" of rain and our basement remained dry, not a drop got in the house. These guys know what they are doing."

"Did an awesome job, replaced existing skylight that was leaking and installed a new skylight over my basement stairway."

"The owner of Valley Mold Remediation came to my home for no cost to check my basement for mold. There were signs of mold at one of our basement windows. He used a tool that checks for dampness and determined the mold was just on the surface and had not spread under the walls. He also checked out double doors for dampness and did not find them to be of concern. He showed me where the seal on our window was gaping, allowing some moisture to cause the mold that I saw and even measured the windows in case I wanted to replace them. (He doesn't do windows, he was just being helpful) I felt comfortable with this man in my home and certain that he was being honest. If I ever do have a mold problem, I will definitely call his company."
