While I ran to Home Depot to buy a new faucet, he checked out our Rinnai tankless water heater and installed the new faucet upon my return. We were concerned the solution involved increasing water pressure at our well head or somewhere in between. Moving forward, he will be our go to plumber as my wife and I both trust him. A rare commodity these days."

"These were really nice guys and they did a good job but they're were a few areas where they could improve. The shower water blender is reversed, so hot and cold are switched from what it says on the hardware. The outdoor water spigot was installed without screws so it swivels slightly. We can fix that easily but they should have secured it with screws. They needed to leave to get a party, and both went. It would have been more efficient our one stayed to do the other repair while the other went shopping. More efficient and more economical to save time on the job. These were really nice young guys, respectful and responsive."

"I had tried to do my own toilet work - swapping out all of the parts in the tank with a universal kit from Lowe's.  Everything seemed to be good for 4 days, but on day 5, there was water leaking.  I immediately called a professional to come fix what I has screwed up on this toilet.  Jamie came within a couple hours, came when he said he would, and even texted me when he was on his way.  
When Jamie came over, he found the source of the leak (I had cut the washer on the pipe going into the toilet), fixed that part, then went on to double check everything else.  He gave me some pointers on what to expect with the type of change I made to the toilet, and why the leak happened.  
All in all, this was a great experience.  Jamie bailed me out from an amateur toilet install on short notice and for a really reasonable price.
