"VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICE, ALTHOUGH WE ARE NOT REPAIRING THIS APPLIANCE AT THIS TME."

"Excellent customer service. Tim Salser responded quickly, and diagnosed my refrigerator problem within a few minutes. He was on time, notified me before he came to my home, was respectful and knowledgeable, and affordable. I will definitely call him again with any future appliance issues."

"Unfortunately the replacement part did not work, but he gave it his all."

I have been in the industry for over 35 years and have ran my business for the past 15 years. I can provide references for every job I am tasked with. I have two employees who are professional in their appearance and work. We strive to make every encounter a pleasant and positive experience that will lead to a good reference in the future. We are punctual and have great communication skills with our clients. We look forward to helping our clients make their desires become a reality.

I am a young business owner and brand new father! I have worked all over the construction industry from a young age and became a licensed plumber before I finished highschool. The name “One man” Freelancing was inspired by my service in the WV national guard where I still currently serve as the “one man” a term given to the cannon crewmember who loads and fires the artillery cannons. I have a broad range of knowledge and problem solving skills, if I don’t know how to do the job I will surely be able to learn and you will not be disappointed with results!

"Choice arranged for a technician to come to our home to repair our refrigerator, it took 2 weeks to before any company could come and we were without a refrigerator during that time. Once the tech came out, he determined the unit could not be repaired. Choice offered us a depreciated replacement amount that will not actually "replace" our unit, it will only cushion the blow a little. We were under the impression that replace meant with like quality and kind, I guess you have to read all the small print. Nevertheless, we did receive some compensation even though it will take 30 more days to receive the check in the mail for that reimbursement as well. A-1 Austin Appliance Repair was great though."

"Sears Home Improvement Products have washers and fittings to repair washing machines and such. The staff seem real knowledgeable and they were friendly with my son when my son was asking the sort of questions he asks everyone! The pricing is reasonable."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

We pride our company on reliability, great communication, integrity, and quality work. We are experts in our trade and will do our best to keep you as educated as we can on your particular task or project. We look forward to earning your business!\n
