"You don't have a fantastic experience very often when you hire someone. This is the exception. Ken and Joe are the salt of the earth. I begged them to charge me more. (Yes, I actually did) Their product is fantastic and exactly what we were looking for. Prompt, professional and very knowledgeable about their products and applications. I highly recommend you talking to these guys if you have any grout related work. We had a contractor put a backsplash in our kitchen and the grout was different colors in various spots. "I texted a request early in the morning and had a response within a few hours and he came to the house that evening. He gave me the option to fix the few tiles (which he felt would be a temporary fix) or to pull everything up and put down concrete board and retile. I chose to have him retile. The work was started 4 days later and completed the next day (Christmas Eve). They took care to pull up the tiles so that they could be reused. It has been almost 2 weeks and no problems. I have had to fix and paint some trim but Paul said at the time that he and his crew do not paint and that I should expect to have to do some painting where they had to tear out the baseboards. Overall, I am happy."
