John Scott spent a good deal of time with us, explaining in detail what his company would do, and his pricing was very attractive. His crew arrived to do my neighbor’s home, and a wind and rainstorm sprung up after they had begun the work. They did a great job keeping the old and new material under control, and made sure that the rain would not get through the partially applied roofing. The next day part of the crew arrived at our house and began working. Part of the crew was still working on the neighbor’s house, as well. Our roof was finished the following day, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up the roofing nails and other debris. Our pool and the pool cage had been protected during the work, and everything was in order after the roof was completed. John had explained how to contact an inspector who would complete a report for our insurance company. We are very pleased with the whole experience, and have already recommended John Scott to some of our friends who have also decided to have John replace their aging roof!"

We received a detailed, professional estimate and a definite install date —- different from other companies who “ would get to us as soon as they could .” The work was done and a detailed , daily photo record of all work was sent. We felt the price was fair. The best part: once the rainy season started, we needed additional splash guards as the new channels were more efficient. He also fixed our Stand & Seam roof that a tree had fell on, coated with 100% Silicone on that, our Carport, and Lanai roofs after power washing them. He did a great job, at a great price!
