"I live in Apollo Beach and had a sprinkler pump that had stopped working. I called the people that installed the pump. It was about 5 years old. They told me that I needed a new pump and that the pump I had was not the correct one (even though their company installed it).That a new 40' line from the well to the pump was needed. They quoted me $3500. I knew better. I called Bay Area Pump and Well Service right here in Apollo Beach. Wesley Carter and his son came out right on time. They diagnosed the problem as a bad check valve at the well connection and replaced it. They also cleaned out my jet pump and redid the input plumbing into the pump. Installed a ball valve. He explained to me why and how the pump malfunctioned and what he did. They were respectful, courteous and professional. Their charge for parts and service was $200 that included a service charge. They saved me a lot of money. They will be recommended to my family and friends if they need this service.They are honest and reliable."

"Cole Sutcliffe, the owner has been to our house to service our well pump before. I called him today when we had no water at our barn. He walked me through a few steps over the phone and actually got our water working without coming to our house and charging me for a service call. He actually told me that he doesn't want to sell me a well pump until ours is completely dead. Most companies would take your money and run whether you need it or not. Cole is all about customer service and integrity.
At some point we will need to replace the well pump and nobody will get this job except Sutcliffe.

"The whole process went about as well as any repair I've ever had.  The office person I spoke to twice was friendly and promised to call before the technician showed up, which happened about an hour after I initially called for service.
Danny showed up 10 minutes later and immediately was very engaging and demonstrated a great deal of knowledge as he began troubleshooting.  It only took him about 15 minutes to determine the cause wasn't a failed pump, but instead some bad wiring.  He repaired the wires and replaced the pump controller that got fried due to the short then tested the system to ensure the system was operating within specs.
Everything is working great again.  If I ever need service again I'm going to ask for Danny!

Got up early Sunday morning to get ready for church and had no water.  I checked the breakers and none were thrown.  Went outside to determine the problem and pressure tank read zero pressure.  Even though in-ground well pump and pressure tank had been replaced two years ago, I thought the worst.  Went on Angie?s List to search for someone to come out and look at the problem and found Robert?s Well Drilling.  They had 100% ?A? ratings.  Gave them a call, and talked to Mr. Roberts.  I explained what the issue was and what I had done already (checked the breakers, check pressure switch, looked for burst pipe, etc). I told him I did find a lizard (or what was left of the crispy critter) on top of the switch.  After asking if I was a handyman, he recommended that I turn the power off to the pump and pressure switch, go back to the pressure switch and clean off the points with an emory board, as part of the lizard may be stopping the points from making contact.  I cleaned the points and turned the breakers back on and GOT WATER.  I called Mr. Roberts back, told him the good news and offered to buy him lunch the next time he was in Wesley Chapel.  I was really impressed in that here was an opportunity to do a service call on a Sunday (at $125 minimum) but took the time to see if I had done everything I could for myself prior to him coming out.  This speaks volumes of the type of individual he is and how he treats his customers.  I highly recommend him for your water needs.

James responded very quickly with an estimate and promised not ups or extras.  His service was part of a larger project on my patio that did not go nearly as well.  Action Pools was the last of three contractors on the jobsite and definitely the most professional.  

As we approached the start date James and his associate Lee communicated well and completely explained their schedule and procedures.  When the day came for the work to commence they arrived on time and the two day project was completed on time as well.    There was nothing to clean up - it was like they were never there, except now I have a pool that looks brand new. 

The price quoted was the final price.  They required no money up front.
