I sat my Alexa for a reminder, they were exactly on time. The install was fast and efficient. Very little loss of power (inconvenience to me). Afterwards, Leo walked me through the operating process and again patiently answered all my questions. Michael whom Im assuming was his assistant was very pleasant and personable. Both were people you felt you could trust. They felt like *family doing the job, you knew you were in good hands. *Just FYI , my dad (who has passed) was a licensed electrician and had his own business. We were spoiled if we needed any electrical work, dad would do it. You know he was thorough. Im not an electrician but just growing up in the environment its easy to spot electricians that are sincere, knowledgeable, thorough and care. I highly recommend Leo and Lighting bug electric."
