"I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company. It was super super simple to schedule; the technician showed up on time and completed the job and short order and a good price. he then recommended that I replace the seal along the bottom and put some weatherstripping on the perimeter of the door; so they came back shortly after to do that work. Overall very pleased with the service of the scheduling team and both technicians. Highly recommended and will be back the next time I need this type of work done!"
