Replaced 2 indoor ceiling fixtures, added an outdoor outlet to our front porch, replaced outdoor porch lights and pole light and added heat lamp to the M/Bathroom. All done without any drywall damage, no holes to repair. One estimate I got told me they would have to put 4 or 5 holes in my Family Room ceiling because the attic only extended halfway above the Family Room.
