LKC was able to provide me and my wife with a very detailed written estimate that laid out exactly what materials would be used and the exact prices for each item including the cost of any additional plywood if any of my existing plywood were found to be also damaged. "Great. No issues, and the crew finished before rain started around 6:00 PM, including a careful cleaning of the area around the house. The only weird issue was the way the crew got access to the wooden-fenced (and locked) back yard: they removed the screws on the latch holding the lock hasp to the fence post. The replaced the screws upon leaving. Why they didn't bother just asking me for the key, I don't know.
