My neighbor was going to install my storm door for free but he ended up in a cast due to a work injury. So now I'm stuck. I contact Angi to get some Quotes. Jovon set up the appointment. Arrived on time. Just toward the end of the install we discover I had ordered the door to wide I had a 36" and I needed a 32". So then I went online to find the right door. Jovon and Jeremy gave me another appointment for the next day, They arrived at 10 AM and went out of their way to take me back to Menards to exchange the door. "Plumber arrived at 2:15pm on 1/16/17 and left at 2:30pm.(15 min's). No replacement was made. The bonnet nut was tightened by hand on inside faucet only. Since no faucet was replaced, a credit should have been given, due to part of the deal. This had been previously reported to Angies List on 1/19/17 with no reply."
