"I had Heiden refinish my tub/shower about 1 year ago. While the customer service and staff was excellent, the quality of the product is poor. This tub/shower only gets used a few months out of the year and it constantly has a film/ soap scum all over the tub. There is no shine...very dull therefore it always looks dirty. There is no mold growing in the caulking. I have followed there recommended cleaning process however due to the porous covering, it never gets clean. I would not recommend this process of refinishing."

At a later date we needed a replacement latch for the same washer. We had it within about 48 hours from the time we called. "Terrible. The work that was performed was pretty good, but the coordination, scheduling and customer service from the PM was horrendous. A 8 to 10 week (quoted) project took 30 weeks. Only one product held up the project for an extra week, which was no big deal. We were responsible for the demo, appliances, countertops and tile floor which there were no delays. The PM never called or set foot onsite during a 30 week regarding $65K project. I had to re-explain the project to every JM staff and sub on daily basis. Weeks and weeks go by with no responsesfrom the PM (I have it all documented), subs didn't show up as scheduled and then show up unannounced/unscheduled. Terrible customer service and so sad as it could of been easily remedied with a couple of simple calls and timely responses."
