He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"I called C & C at noon and they came out at one that day! He ( the owner) diagnosed that we needed a new ice maker, and ordered the part. I mentioned that our wine cooler has been broken a long time. He stopped what he was doing and diagnosed the problem, and ordered the parts. The ice maker came in, in a few days and he (the owner) came to install it. He also looked at our oven, that shut itself off the night before. He ordered the part and itâ  s now fixed. C & C is now our go to appliance repair company! They are reasonable, fast to respond, competent and capable."

He is knowledgeable and kind, but the service cost seems so steep- especially if it is something that takes a few minutes to fix/diagnose-which in my case both time it was 100 for a 10 minute diagnose time."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
