"Called them on a Sunday when I noticed a backup at an outside drain; Pasquale & crew showed up the next morning. Given the kind of work they do, and the fact that the floors had just been washed, I asked them to take off their shoes in the house and they did! <3 It took maybe half an hour to clean out the sewer drain. "Outstanding and Professional! Chris called me a few minutes of submitting my request. He provided an estimate after I sent him a photo of the broken elbow. Even though he was already committed to work in the city the next day, he told me he would come over as soon as he finished there. When he arrived, he quickly fixed the reported broken elbow. However, he also discovered two more broken copper pipes, some of them hidden behind the drywall. The scope of the repair ended up being well beyond the original estimate and required more time to locate and fix all the damaged pipes. It was already late in the evening, but Chris worked tirelessly until every broken pipe was repaired. During the repair, Chris also noticed a gas leak in our gas dryer, which he immediately fixed. This leak could have led to a serious disaster for our family. We are grateful he fixed it. Chris went above and beyond for us. Anthony arrived on time to review the job and provide consultation. He gave us a flat rate price and then a nice senior citizen discount from an Angie's List coupon from his page - which we accepted his reasonable rate and told him to start work immediately. After looking at the parts he needed based on the materials we had on hand, left the house briefly to buy those parts. The work included plumbing under the sink was updated and adjusted to provide more storage space, kitchen faucet and spray installed on the new countertop, gas line hookup to the stove and dishwasher water and waste lines hooked up. Then he proceeded to the bathroom to install the new vanity and hooked up the water and plumbing lines. Job was clean and tight. Nothing leaks and it seemed the water pressure improved after all the new plumbing fixtures were hooked up."

"Got to my place later than expected because they were stuck on another job which is understandable. Did not finish my job until after 12:00 am in the morning. My job took longer than anticipated. I was given one price at the beginning and that's what we anticipated paying because I am on a budget. After the job was finished we were handed a bill that was much more than what was quoted. I know that it took longer and they had to go back and forth to the truck to get supplies, the only thing is I wish I was informed of this during the job so I would know what to do. What if we didn't have the money? Anyway the job was done good and we are pleased with the outcome. So far our sink is working properly and good. We had a double sink installed, the faucet and we have a water omosis machine that had to get hooked up, so it did take a lot of time because piping had to be changed from a single sink to a double.
