"Excellent service and would definately recommend to anyone needing plumbing services. The filter housing on my water softner cracked and flooded our garage. After turning water off to the house I was in desperate need of a plumber to come take a look. I called CLP and Russell was able to come by within the hour to assess. I decided to just remove the unit and was certain I would have to get on the schedule for another day. Much to my surprise he said he could do it right then and there. within 10 minutes the softner unit was out, water lines redirected and water back on. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
