"I hired this pro back in August to install beautiful Cedar wood carriage swing doors that David who is the owner I sure me that he could properly Install. That was not the case. Be very careful even if the reviews are good which the majority of reviews I viewed on this company were. It took David and his team over 2 months to complete the job and the doors do not close smoothly and flush. I still have to call someone to further cut the bottom of the left door so that it will close properly without damaging the bottom track and seal. David started off very professional and expected me to fix what he couldn't. His team did not cut the doors properly which he assured they could do. Horrible install and a very dissatisfied and disappointed customer."

"I would highly recommend Precision garage door service (Long Island) to anyone who needs their garage door serviced or needs a new system. They came within 3 hours of my call and Israel, the technician who actually did the work, was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided me three options based on what he saw. Even though it was 20 degrees, Israel completed the job (added a new system) in about 2 hours. He took the time to confirm everything worked, helped me reprogram the system, including my wife's car, and walked me through the smartphone app. VERY PLEASED."

"We hired H&O Garage Doors back in 2021 to fix a busted spring on one of our garage doors. They came and fixed everything promptly. No issues thereafter. 2026: We had to replace a garage door for my mom and we decided to use them again for this new project...and I'm so glad we did. Mordi came the very same week I contacted him to look at the work that needed to be done and gave us an estimate. The price was not cheap, but Mordi gave us a discount in end. We accepted and they were able to come the very next day to replace our 1940's garage single door and install a beautiful insulated one with remote opener. "I installed a gate on July 14, 2025, with a written 10-year warranty from the company and Sunny. One month later, the gate already had quality issues, including loud noise (video available). On October 18, 2025, the gate stopped working completely. For five days I couldn?t drive into my home, my gardener couldn?t enter, and garbage couldn?t be collected. I repeatedly called, texted, and left voicemails for Sunny (screenshots available), but he did not respond. After many attempts, he finally said he would send a technician on Saturday at 12 pm. I asked for earlier help?no reply. I reminded him again on Thursday and Friday?no reply. I cancelled all plans and waited at home, but no one came. Sunny ignored my calls and eventually texted: ?I am not working on Saturday, please don?t keep calling me.? Since paying for the gate, I have received no after-sales service, despite the written 10-year warranty. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company."
