Some minor changes had to be made and your crew could have easily just slapped the two windows in the new location, which was only slightly off of the original plan, and be done with it, but they stopped and pointed out where my wife originally wanted them and the new location difference and wanted to be sure that my wife understood the change, and wanted me to talk to my wife first. I was so very impressed that they made the adjustments on the spot that my wife suggested over the phone. I don’t think any other company would have gone through this much trouble to please their customers! <br /> You also were very respectful of our property, neighbors, and your crew were always very willing to stop and explain the process of what was going to happen next. Not one time did we ever feel like we were in your way. Actually, it was the opposite, we felt like you and your crew were very excited to show us your equipment and how it worked and actually wanted us around so we could see how it all worked and so we could see for ourselves how everything was perfect - and it was! <br /> We will always remember you and think of you so highly. "The response to my request through Angie's List was really quick - within a day. A guy came out to give me a quote and knew all about mortar. He didn't take a look at my entire house, just the two areas I knew about. I had the feeling he'd be doing the work, but he did subcontract it out. I asked how late in the year you can do tuck pointing and he said that as long as it's above freezing for several hours of the day that you could do it since the mortar provides its own heat as it cures. <br /> It was good that I happened to be home the day the subcontract company showed up because there was some loss of information between the time I talked with the first guy and what he wrote down for them to do. The team was really eager to help and walked around the house and found a lot of places that needed a little work and said they'd go ahead and take care of it all for the originally quoted price. They needed access to water and electricity, which was no problem. <br /> The crew left to get some dye to better match the patina on my mortar, which was a yellowish color on the outside, and then came back to do a test spot. That spot turned out to be too bright, so they came back after the weekend and did a little bit more and then finished the next day. <br /> The crew did a great job of finding a lot of places and of matching the mortar, I was really happy about that. The mortar did end up leaving hazy smudges on the bricks where they patched - I wonder if they could have done a better job cleaning that up or avoiding it int he first place. I haven't tried to just scrub it with some vinegar, but that might help. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"The entire shed, plus the installation and all of the extra stuff that we had with a window put in and we had a loft that we had built in, it was $3,900. They demolished the old shed and removed all of it and hauled it away for us, so we didn't have to take anything to the dump. The, they brought in the new shed and constructed it for us. They leveled everything out. It was pre-painted. They put the shingles on. They did everything. They did the roofing, put in the window, put in the door.They leveled it out, so it was leveled. They did concrete risers to level it. They had to do the landscaping. I thought the price was pretty reasonable. We got a 10x14 shed, it's lovely, it's just gorgeous compared to what we had. They were a little late getting started. They were so quick."
