Hal the owner was always on site, on time, communicated status, provide photos of the process, cleaned up after each day and upon completion; they were extremely responsive to question and any concerns. The entire floor and shower seat were torn out, a liner was installed and tiles were replaced. They also removed and replaced the shower door. "There was a section of vinyl caulk that was installed between the backsplash and the counter. The caulk was old and deteriorated and became dis colored and did not cure. Since the problem was caused by the initial installation, Granite Transformation should have corrected the work under warantee. In fact, they want to charge me a service call. Since they did not stand behind their work, I would not recommend them. I had to call them back to repair plumbing problems, They failed to plug in the refrigerator completely. Beautiful job, but for &7,000 they should stand behind their work

"Jacob did an excellent job. The house is mostly brick. He cleaned the brick and the trim and some painted wood work and vinyl gutters. This work had not been done since we built the house over 30 years ago. The result made it look new again. He had a good crew and they all took care. My biggest concern was accidentally blowing water into the wall cavities and attic. They made sure that didn’t happen. Yes I would and I will hire them again."

Randy was to return to 1) replace a cast iron shower pan that cracked during installation 3) fix the buckled vinyl flooring his crew put in one bathroom and the pantry and 3) mount a chimney cap. Never did. But the worst is that Randy took a 200 year old slab of old-growth pine (approximately 30" wide by 42" long by 2.5" thick) salvaged from my great-great-grandparents' home and promise me a coffee table. TWO YEARS LATER I CAN'T EVEN GET THE SLAB BACK."
