"I called specifically to have a swarm of bees removed from my pool. They proposed 2 processes; one a general protection for the outside of the house and the second a repellant for the bees around the pool. I had to call them back 3 times over the course of a month as their interventions were ineffective in removing the swarming bees from the pool. Their general house protection is likely very effective but it was not until I got services from a bee specialist that the swarm was repelled (it was actually as simple as lowering the water level in the pool so that the bees could not hang from the pebble-tech and reach the water). Thus I appreciated their initial response rate and they were likely good on general bugs and pests but I would not use them again for bee control."
