"We have a couple of our sprinkler heads that don't go down like they stay up after being used. They didn't do anything to address that or notify us that there was something wrong, and so we noticed it obviously after the fact, so I would say that had they let us know about that, there could have been a repair they could have done, but they didn't. They were here when we needed them. They were on time. For a standard service, they provide standard service. I don't think anything was outstanding."

"Wanted a sprinkler system for the lawn and flower beds. Had 4 estimates, WaterWorks came in the middle as far as pricing but offered a better warranty and I liked the sales guy. Install happened in 3 and a half hours. I was surprised by the efficiency of the crew. Lawn barely looks touched. I'm very happy and am recommending them to my neighbors."

"I like them quite a bit. They are really good as far as when I called and I wanted to know what they had done, she had the contractor call me back and they kept to the contract really straight. The guy called back in like half an hour to tell me where they had sprayed. They do leave those sheets on the door for if you want to request further information. They were really good. Their price was really good, they are the cheapest I could fine."

They laid plastic on the floor so they could go in and out of the house without making a mess (though they should have laid it first rather than after a few trips back & forth with dirty shoes), and the work was done within the estimated time. "It has taken me almost 2-years to write this review, so I hope they have improved. My experience was awful. It had been a very rainy May and the basement kept getting water in it. I called Helitech and a competitor and both were really busy. Chose Helitech because they could get there sooner. Salesman promised me they would start the work in about 2-weeks -- work wasn't done until late August. I was told they had a big job at a nursing home that had to be done first. My job was not a minor cheap change but $5,000 and not one I thought would be put on the back burner. The people in the office were just about nonexistent; I'd call and leave messages and they were never returned. Just terrible customer support! The actual work that was done was good. And while the team of workers were nice, I had proof that they had gone through some of my things in the basement. I found one of the items upstairs proving they had moved it. The whole project put me behind three months of putting the house up for sale and left me with a bad taste for this business."

An employee came over a two-day period (total time 1.5 days) and did the work quietly and professionally.There were no surprises and the work was well done. Even with the extra repairs they still finished the job ahead of schedule, and on budget. The workers were very friendly and professional, and were quick to answer any questions that I had. I am having them come back in the spring to build a flagstone patio and firepit in my back yard."
