"Our job was a first-class operation from start to finish. After the break was repaired, Armando ran a camera and found lots of standing water. He recommended hydroflushing the pipe, which cleaned out a lot of roots, and then he was able to see further up the line, and found an even worse break. After digging up more cement and excavating more pipe, they realized that they had to undo the first repair and replace about 10 feet of the pipe. Armando also recommended that we install a two-way clean-out near the house, which would be set flush into the new cement, and would make dealing with any future problems much easier. All the workers were polite and friendly, and did excellent, careful, and thorough work, despite the 100-degree plus heat. Armando is especially outstanding: he is very knowledgeable and experienced; he explained things very well; and he kept in good communication with us about when the workers were coming (they were always on time). He applies himself to the work with energy and enthusiasm, and treats the customer with consideration and warmth. When the job turned out to be much more complicated, Armando gave us a fair price for the additional work, and also gave us a discount for using Angie’s List. I cannot remember a better experience with a home repair contractor!"

"Called to have kitchen sink faucet replaced. Faucet installed quick with friendly professional service. Before leaving I asked Taylor if he would look at a leak I had in front flower bed. He said sure no problem. He found that the main water line had a leak and water was flowing freely. He advised us of the severity of the leak and presented two options for repair. We opted to go with the complete replacement. Taylor then made a call and was quickly joined by Adam. They both got to work around mid afternoon and had the new water line replaced from the water main up to the house with new house shut off values and irrigation lines installed by staying on the job till around 8 PM, so that we would have water with no inconvenience. I would highly recommend Dependable Rooter and Plumbing!!! Very professional, friendly quick service. Techs very knowledgeable and willing to help. Job performed as promised and price quoted. "When we purchased the house, it was a 30 year old home. Almost everybody in the period of five years to seven years wanted to convert to copper plumbing. So what they offered at that time was anyone you referred to if they chose to use their service, you have $500 cash payment which was really nice because half of our neighbors and our family members used them. I do not know what they do now, but it is a really nice service because they are a very good company. They did a great job."

"**UPDATE**

Unfortunately i need to update my review. 

The initial installation went very well. Matt was a pleasure to work with and took the time to explain everything to me. There were some bumps, like he ordered the wrong item for the screenlogic (iPhone remote access), but overall the install went fine. He even cleaned the filters and fixed my lighting at no extra charge. 

The problems started to occur post installation. The Screenlogic stopped working and after several attempts and more effort then i would have liked to get him out he called the Pentair support team. They were fantastic and fixed the issue which turned out to be a firmware issue with the Pentair hardware Not something Matt could have fixed but it took a while to get the right people out. 

Next, two leaks developed in the new piping. I eventually got him to come out and he fixed one but his attempt to fix the second (intake to the new pump) he sprayed a bunch of yellow foam all over and beside making a mess it did very little. 

The final issue was probably the biggest. I finally had the solar pool people come out b/c my solar was NOT getting anywhere near temp. After looking at it the solar person realized the temperature sensor was connected to read the water coming down instead of going up to the roof, so it always thought it  was near temp and kept turning on and off. Instead of trying to get Matt back out i just paid the solar company to fix it. 

And for the leak going into the pump i finally fixed it myself with some silicone. 

I like Matt personally and things got off well, but given what's happened since and the challenges in getting him back out i'll likely look elsewhere in the future."
