"Andre was very professional.  He arrived within the time frame specified, and called to notify us of his specific arrival time. I was charged with an additional $100 for a primer and $30 for travel fee, both fine print that I did not realize (the company is out of Tinley Park I believe)  I am still unsure about the finished product as it looks textured (after the second visit it no longer feels this way)  I had also wanted to have my tile surrounding the tub sprayed, but the cost compared to other re-finishers was at least double if not triple.  Beautiful Finishes quoted me the entire surround and tub for about 100 more. I wish I would have known the total cost for tub and tile beforehand, as well as the travel and primer costs.

"The experience was excellent. We called on a Monday and they were able to schedule us in for Thursday, and there was no emergency charge, etc. to come out same week. Joe (the owner) and his employee John were on time, called to say they were on the way, were both very professional, the work was done neatly & was cleaned up after, the repair itself was done very quickly, & they explained what they found and what was done to fix the problem. Joe also gave us the Angie’s List discount (even though I forgot to ask for it) and also provided us a very reasonable quote on some additional ceiling repair we needed done.
