At C&J Well Co. Service, Pumps, & Drilling, we provide Central Indiana with state-of-the-art well and geothermal drilling and a full-service maintenance team. In addition to drilling, we perform service calls and maintenance checkups and replace pressure tanks and pumps in existing systems. "Sat at 6AM my well sprung a leak and a gusher was shooting out of the ground. I call CJ at ^AM and the owner Josh answered (wow!). He said his excavation crew couldn't come come until Monday. I had weekend guests and wasn't too keen on going all weekend with no water in the house. Joosh asked me a couple questions. Do have a basement (yes I did) and is there a window in the basement (yes there is). From that he offered to send a crew to hook up a temp water supply to the house to get us trough the weekend. about 10AM on Sat two CJ repair guys showed up and hooked a bypass line from the well head through the basement window and tapped onto the main water supply line in the basement. What a life savor idea and our weekend went WELL ( no pun intended). Then on Monday morning the excavator crew shows up at 10AM and by 1PM the leak in the well pipe in the ground is fixed. I guess the u Bolt holding the pitless adapter to the casing rusted and broke, thus the water was pushing out as the pitless seal was now loose. The CJ crew explained all of this and kept me informed. My experience with Josh and his crews at CJ was top notch all the way! Thanks Josh for answering your phone on Saturday at 6AM repairs"

They tech didn’t explain what he found clearly and told me I should get a new furnace. 3 days later, I never received a call back to get a quote or my emailed receipt although they did cash my check. I ended up going with another company who fixed my issue by replacing a part."

"Were not careful while installing toilet. Did not do the full job, did not clean. Caused a leak that lead to thousands of dollars of damage to the house and they did not want to take responsibility. If you look at their page, they are not actually Angi approved. They also don’t seem to have the proper licensing. Insurance is covering most of the work, but because of the laziness and dishonesty of this company, we have had workers in the house for days fixing the damage, our insurance rates will go up, and we had to spend our first couple days home from the hospital with our newborn at a hotel (that was when we discovered the leak). Shame on you, Kirby Brothers, for not making it right when you messed up."
