"Absolutely wonderful experience with the Ground Zero crew who installed my shelter. They were punctual and efficient. The process was quick and they cleaned up after themselves. During the digging, a very small amount of damage was done on my garage. I didn't even know about it until the foreman explained to me how he was going to fix it - he repaired and repainted the area himself that afternoon. In addition to being very professional, the whole crew was kind to my 4 year old son who was very excited about the shelter. They gave him earplugs and showed him everything they were doing. It was a great experience and I recommend Ground Zero to anyone interested in a storm shelter. <br />"

"the quality of the work they did was very good. Their schedule left something to be desired. Just after we had contracted with him, he had a significant turn over in his employees and it impacted his ability to meet the original schedule. He was upfront about it with us. We worked as best as we could with it but it left a little bit to be desired on the length of time it took to get everything done. The work turned out very well. that was his issue, he had a couple of his craftsmen quit on him. We had agreed on the price, date and everything. After that, some people quit. It was not of his own making/not of his fault. It is not anything that he can actively [prevent in the future. I gave him that grade because it was what it was. I am happy with the work that they did. That impacted us. We had to bathroom out as long as it did. It shouldn't have taken that long but he had difficulty getting people back in. How does he fix not having people quit? There is really no way that he can do that. He was very upfront with us about it. He was very apologetic. He worked to get his people in and out. It was what it was. Compared to other bids we had received, the price was very good. For quality, everything was done very well, very professionally and very nicely done. Whenever we called him, they were very responsive, it falls back to the ability have the people and so I gave him a B on that. When they said they were going to be here, they were here. For punctuality was very good.  For professionalism, they were very professional and very apologetic on the schedule issues. The work they did was very well done. I hope that I didn't have that much work done in the future but they would be considered for it."

"I called and left a message for South Roofing, requesting an estimate.  Within 48 hours, I received a call back and set a time to meet Rick South (owner) for an estimate and options for a replacement roof on my storage building.  He provided a detailed, written estimate via email with 24 hours of our meeting.   <br /> The cost of the solution he proposed was a bit more than I was hoping to have to spend, so I have not moved forward with any work as I'm gathering other bids and researching other solutions/options.  Nevertheless, I was grateful that Mr. South returned my call (as some roofing contractors haven't!) and followed up with a detailed written bid. <br />"
