"The plumbing technicians came out as promised to assess the leak. They were both very courteous and kind and assessed the damage. I am giving three stars because they estimated the cost to be almost 250% higher than what the actual cost was to fix the issue. I am sure there are customers out there that would just accept any bid however, please get multiple beds for these projects, especially when working with this company as they will inflate the cost to take advantage of the situation. I ended up only paying for the $79 estimate."

"Jim's Air Systems had the best value for my dollar. They supplied me with better equipment than they quoted for the same price. They completed the entire installation in about five hours. They protected my floors with tarps and were very careful to protect my walls as they moved equipment in and out. Josh, the son of the original Jim, was on the job working with the other two installers. They performed above my expectations. They left my home and yard as clean as if they had never been there. The new furnace is wonderful and is already saving me money on my P.G. & E. bill. I would recommend Jim's Air Systems unconditionally to anyone in need of a new furnace and AC system. This is a family business that has been supplying and installing systems since 1976. They take personal pride in doing an excellent job. They did not sell me anything that I did not need and provided me with a much cleaner and easier-to-service installation than my existing system. They are the best! "

Once we agreed on the project and date, Comfort Home showed up on time and seemed to use every moment effectively, by being Systematic and organized. They cleaned the area around the Heating and Air unit so it looked better than before. I can tell by looking at the installation that things were done thoughtfully and cleanly. I have worked with many contractors and have never come close to the satisfaction... even pleasure I had with Comfort. I cannot think of anything Comfort Home Heating and Air could have done better. I highly recommend them, if you want the best."
