"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

"Fast & honest. My 30 yr old dishwasher was rusted out. He advised me that it was beyond repair as the entire mechanism was rusted out, did not try to sell me anything (it is 30 yrs old), turned off water to stop it from leaking again. "

"Cooktop repair was just a reset, and there was no charge for that. Oven door hinges needed to be replaced and that was done quickly and efficiently by Nathan. Microwave turned out to be unfixable, and Nathan will return to install a new one for me. I would definitely recommend FixIEm Appliance Repair and use them again."
