"This is the second time we have used Tile and Grout King.  This job involved installing 18" square tile marble over 2 brick fireplace walls and a 110" hearth..   Some bricks extended into the room and had to be cut off.    Two crews worked all week to make the installation.  They were on time each day and communicate quite well.   The floors were well protected and the crews cleaned up each day.   I am very happy with the results and I would not hesitate to recommend this company. <br />"

"Very easy to schedule for an estimate appointment. Quick & clear on the work entailed. Wrote a detailed work order with clear pricing. <br /> Easy to approved online & schedule an appointment for the work. <br /> Arrived on time & completed the work in a quick & efficient manner. <br /> Got stains in grout removed. Asked me to inspect that stage of work before sealing. <br /> Pointed to issues in the grout that could not be cleaned (a couple of old divots.) <br /> Nice job caulking the back splash in the kitchen. <br /> Sealing was very quick. <br /> Gave me some final guidelines on drying time. <br /> All very efficient. <br />"

"It went as well as I would have expected, which is perfectly (I always expect perfection). We have about 840 sq feet of stone floor with extremely dirty grout lines. AGS came in and cleaned the floor and that got the grout back to about half good and then they stained the grout lines and that brought back the original color and the floor is gorgeous. We are really pleased. It was pretty expensive, but the guy spent four days doing it and the result is oh so worth it. We have our new floor back!"

I often had to take the initiative to call Tam to follow-up on information and scheduling but we did get everything worked out. <br /> <br /> - Cost was normally $650 but Tam asked for a $50 surcharge due to our location out in the East Bay. <br /> <br /> - Work started at 9am and was finished at 5pm. <br /> <br /> - Work started with Tam's brother (Austin) and one assistant removing the grout with hand tools. At about midday, Austin left for another installation. Another staff member came by at about 2pm and Austin returned at about 3pm. So there were three people finishing up at the end of the day although Austin seemed to be doing most of the work. <br /> <br /> - Austin used the extra materials to clean-up the caulk for our toilet and sink (gratis). <br /> <br /> - Results look acceptable but I noticed some variation in the color of the grout. It's unclear to me what the cause of this is. I also found some grout material adhering to the tiles which I had to remove on my own. <br /> <br /> - Austin accepted my check and told me that his brother would mail me the invoice and receipt. I received nothing as of November 10th and sent an email inquiry. The invoice (marked and quot;Paidand quot;) was emailed to me on November 12th. <br /> <ul> <li></li> </ul> <br />"

"Our cleaning tech was Didier and he actually called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled. Fine with us. Didier was very professional and explained everything he would do to make our sofa clean again. He took great care in handling the fabric cushions and sectional bases. He even used floor cloths although we have tile floors. The sofa sections were vacuumed multiple times - there was a lot of cat hair embedded in the fabric that our vacuum wasn't able to handle. Because the cleaning process was so successful, we opted to have Didier apply a fabric protector coat. <br /> The process of vacuuming, cleaning and protecting the sofa took over 5 hours but the sofa looks great. We are very pleased with the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to a friend or family member.  <br />"
