"Al Navarro has done many jobs for us spanning over 20 years. He renovated nearly every room in our previous home and is well on his way to doing the same in our current home. This most recent project was to install nearly 1300 sq feet of luxury vinyl tile flooring over existing ceramic tile... He first spent days applying multiple coats (with smoothing) of a thin mortar over the tile regions to establish a smooth and level base. He also removed all the existing baseboard. On top of the mortar surface he placed a layer of thin plastic sheeting (flooring supplier recommended) and then carefully and methodically laid all the vinyl flooring... He set up his saw arrangement in our garage and custom cut many of the floor pieces to ensure the best look for the new floor... Al is an artist with tools and he even went so far as to use a special saw to cut neatly beneath the door jambs such that the new flooring went under the jamb rather than just up to it... He also did custom work around showers and bath tubs, and around doorways, to offer the best looking transition from the floor to those structures... He then purchased and painted new wide baseboards at his facility and brought them to our home to be cut and installed with great precision. As he has done with all our previous projects, Al did a masterful job of installing this beautiful luxury vinyl flooring over a large portion of our home. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend Al for this type type of home improvement and for just about any other home interior type project folks might be looking to accomplish!!!!"

We are so happy, I had to share so that others could benefit from our experience. 13 working days to completely remove/replace kitchen (never been remodeled since 1979!), install recessed lighting in raised ceiling, and repaint ceiling & walls of the formal living room!!! An impossible timeline that they were more than willing to accommodate at the lowest bid price. Couple of times, working 12hour days. Believe me, we never expected them to labor so hard and we were skeptical dealing with other contractors that always go double the promised timelines. They helped patch walls for free where we had plumbing work done by our plumber. Not only are these guys professional, but they are neat, organized, and always clean up after themselves. They walked us through tile/material selections in the beginning. And they even moved our furniture for us during the process. Coming up with solutions to questions before you think to ask them.
