"I was having trouble with my 20+ year old gas furnace "short cycling": the furnace would come on for a short period (1-1.5 minutes) then shut off. My house was not reaching the desired temperature due to this problem. James determined that it was a fan limiting switch that had gone bad and replaced it. This required a trip to the parts house which James was glad to make. Although the furnace was working properly at that point, James was not satisfied with it behavior and literally climbed half way into the furnace cabinet to look for additional problems. After blowing out the interior of the unit, the furnace was working fine and has been ever since. This should have been a relatively quick fix which James could have done and been on his way, but he took the extra time to make the unit functioned CORRECTLY and not just good enough to get by. The furnace is a 1989 model, and needs to be replaced. I appreciate that James took the time to work on what many service people would consider a lost cause, and not worth repairing. The cost of the repair was fair. I will definitely consider Tulley's when I finally replace the furnace."

"It was amazing he moved my heavy washer and dryer out didn't want my help marks work hands down is the best tile work I've ever seen.He removed an old not installed correctly tile floor that cracked he explained why it cracked then he laid down a beautiful tile floor in my mud room. He going to be doing my master shower next a nice walk in with a bench style I can't wait to see how it will come out??"

"There was a minor glitch in scheduling, but they called as soon as they noticed it, and rescheduled. This was not a problem, and actually worked out better for me. He arrived promptly at the rescheduled time assessed the problem and quoted me a cost of the replacement. He installed the new faucet, inspected the connection by crawling under the house.  I thought it went very well and am happy with the result.
