David fixed the spring quickly and had my door opening in no time! I was also wanting our motors replaced, updating them from chain driven to belt driven. David came back the next morning and installed 2 openers. They are so quiet, we wished we would have done it sooner! "

The technician, Trenton Brown, was able to come in and walk me through what was damaged and in need of repair and was upfront with the costs of repair and replacement. Once he was finished with the repair and replacement, he then showed me the how to process, step by step on how to use the new opener. "Called for service early Monday afternoon and the call was answered promptly and professionally. He said a technician could be out within a couple hours. Cole arrived about 90 minutes later. He immediately assessed the problem and went to work. Throughout, he was friendly, courteous, professional and highly knowledgeable. His truck has an excellent variety of parts to fix just about any common garage door issue (really handy so he doesn't have to run off and get parts, extending time and billing, like many do). He quickly fixed the issue so it was like new, provided some free pointers on better operation of my doors, answered all my questions and was on his way. Overall, an absolutely perfect service call from initial call to finish. Highly recommended."

"It went great. Scott came up to Ogden on a Saturday. I went over what I felt I needed including a new garage door and re-framing. Scott advised me my old door was still in perfectly good condition as well as the wood framing surrounding it. This saved me $$. He installed a WLED Liftmaster, replaced rollers, etc. The LED light will be wonderful to have in what was a dark garage. He was polite and courteous, conscientious, and installed everything that day. Please call this company for your garage door needs. Five stars!!!"
