"Granite Innovations did an awesome job with countertops in my kitchen and bathroom. They consulted me each step along the way. They were eager and willing to adapt and make changes as needed. Above all they are a wonderful family business with high standards and values. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in any of the services they perform."

"The cutout for the new Range needed to be 3/4” larger than the old Range. The Guys put down blankets on the floor and over the cabinets to minimize the duty as the granite was being cut. The cutout was perfect when they finished and the cleanup was great."

"Great professional service all together. I did the tear out and prep work and supplied the tile. Michael put in the underlayment and laid tile on floor and baseboard trim. Great professional and timely service. Well orchestrated plan for getting the job done quickly and efficiently. The only thing I could have asked for was a little more attention to cleanup throughout the job. I understand that tile work is messy, but we had a fair bit of slop on the way too and from the cutting area and mortar, etc. on walls, cabinets, and door frames to clean up afterward. When I mentioned this during the latter part of the job, Michael was very apologetic and responsive to clean much of it up himself."

"Abby Ulloa was our client representative and working her was a marvelous experience. Abby is extremely knowledgeable, having been in the stone and tile business for quite a few years. She gave us expert and competent advice and she was extremely accommodating in satisfying our specific needs. Brekhus also gave us a fair price for the quartzite stone we chose. In addition to her competence and breath of knowledge, Abby is diligent, professional, kind and a working with her was a joy. The Brekhus fabricators and installers also did a masterful job and we are thrilled with the results. Although the stone wall has not yet been completed, we anticipate that the stone work will also be completed with fine expertise. We highly recommend Brekhus Tile & Stone, Inc., and Abby Ulloa."

"Years of this company's special experienced showed through when small marble counter top nicks were repaired, seams were smoothed and one counter section was raised ever-so-slightly to return it to its original nearly seamless pieces match. Then all was cleaned and polished to improve its already near-new shine. Instructions on suggested products to use were explained and a small quantity was left behind for future personal cleaning. A gleaming experience, for sure! <br />"

"After deciding to upgrade to stone countertops, like many folks we started at the big box stores only to learn the selection was limited and every option came with an additional fee. We quickly determined that going directly to a fabricator would provide more control and choice at no additional cost. Angie's helped me find several local shops with good reputations. After getting bids and meeting face to face we chose Rock Solid in Littleton. The initial 60 sq ft. plan was bid using Pental Quartz. Their quote was competitive but two things swayed me to use Rock Solid: First was going to the shop. After a tour of a very clean organized fabrication area, Jake took the time to explain the different properties of each material and the beauty of natural vs. man-made surfaces. The second point was scheduling. I was requesting the job completion prior to a floor renovation and they could meet my tight schedule. After next spending a day at the granite warehouse we selected a category 4 Bordeaux Granite and put down the deposit to set things in motion. A few days later the job was being templated. Rock Solid's templater knows his job and does it with the artistry of a master. It's the most critical step for getting stone work accurate since mistakes are tough to fix later. Not one issue showed up with the fabrication of any of the sections. All were measured cut and edged precisely. Installation was done about a week later, correctly and professionally by the friendly two-person crew. Everything fit perfectly and looked great - so great that we suddenly realized we should have also replaced the oak cap on the divider wall between the kitchen and family room. This unplanned 5 sq. ft. request came with a cost but Rock Solid was easily able to accomodate this request out of the leftover material. Despite being booked with larger jobs they squeezed in this fab effort within a reasonable timeframe and with one quick service visit the installation was complete.Altogether, this outfit does a fine job and they do their best to meet your timeframe with a get 'er done attitude. I would have no problem using them again or recommending them to others doing a remodel. Check their website for many examples of their quality work. Get your pricing comparisons but be sure to understand Jake's quote is the total job cost and that includes the sink and all those additional itemized expenses."
