"We are not rating this company, as they did not do any work for us. There was a misunderstanding and it turns out they only do plumbing work and we had a problem with our hot water heater. We did still have to pay a $95 call out fee."

"The repair guys are on time and very professional and worked so neat. And they are friendly as well, and the guy who installed the water softener actually came this afternoon to test the water in the kitchen faucet if it is safe to drink...Overall everything is great. Hopefully the water is really potable to consume..."

"Company name says it all.â .high quality! Daniel and Kato provided fast, courteous service at a fair price. Daniel, the owner, kept me updated on any delays as a part had to be ordered. Came in next day and Kato came at 7:30 to install. They offer a â Young Peopleâ discount. They prefer that to senior discount! I would highly recommend this company."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

Damien explained everything to me and wasnâ t pushy. He did the work as we wanted it and was in his way. Quick,easy, and painless from start to finish."
