"We are not rating this company, as they did not do any work for us. There was a misunderstanding and it turns out they only do plumbing work and we had a problem with our hot water heater. We did still have to pay a $95 call out fee."

"I don't know what I would have done without them. Mike is my plumber. Totallt professional and knowledgeable. I did not know what a tankless water heater was!! Mike explained it and installed it. My adult son was totally impressed! Now my son wants to be a plumber!!"

"I got two bids for putting in our tankless hot water heater and they lowered their price to match the first bid. They did a great job and I did the contract so they flush my unit once yearly. Highly recommend."

"Mike and Matt are top notch plumbers. They are respectful, clean, on time, provide quality work, and worth the price paid. They responded very quickly. They fixed my hot water issues in all the showers and re-routed piping for the hot water tank. Exceptional attitude and craftsmanship."

"United Plumbing worked with a home warranty company to troubleshoot & resolve a water heater problem at the residence. This took a great deal of coordination & effort on the part of United Plumbing culminating in the installation of a new water heater at the residence. Throughout the process all personnel demonstrated professionalism and a real interest in resolving the problem."

"Daniel is very knowledge, legit, CARING, reasonable priced compare to the others. He was upfront on what you need to expect, & excellent service! Fixed my unreliable tankless water heater many times, then Daniel and Jack helped me install a new Navien reliable unit that I know will last a long time, and the NaviCirc recirculation pump so I can get hot water fast throughout the house, and not waste water to get hot. Jack was very well trained, did a great job which only happens when you have a great boss that teaches well!"

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
