"First we had a backup of our sewer into the kitchen sink. When they came out to clear the blockage, we found out that there was a break in our sewer line - an offset allowed the sewer to back up. Using a camera and other technology, they were able to locate the break - precisely - it was 9 feet below the surface. Working around the rain, the following people put their heart and sole into getting it fixed. Gabriel was in charge of the group - Frank ran the camera crew, Raul dug the hole down past the gas line, electric and water lines. Francisco and Martin did the power flush after the line was repaired. These guys worked IN THE RAIN to get the job completed in a timely manner. After RAUL dug below the service lines, a backhoe was used to complete the hole. I'm sorry, but I cannot remember the name of the operator of the backhoe. Again, superb work. "This company is great! I had an appointment with a different plumbing company for this morning. I was given a time frame of 2 hours (8-10) to have toilet fixed. I waited, getting nervous as it approached 10 and had not heard a peep from the first plumber. A few minutes after 10 the first plumber called and wanted to reschedule. I was pretty upset.
