"Overall excellent work. Was an hour and a half late from scheduled appointment. But only took an hour and a half to do the work. Changed 2 shower heads (I purchased), installed a hot water drain hose, and replaced 2 spigots for me. On the pricey side. $730. With over $200 being in parts for the two spigots, the hose, and the copper for the new stem for one of the spigots. Dude does have 30 years of experience and is a licensed pro, so the price point isn't too surprising. Overal, I'm happy with the work done. "

He said he was in the area and would come by and diagnose the problem and provide me with an estimate. He found the problem with minutes and gave me a reasonable estimate to repair the water heater and an explanation as to why the heater was not working properly.
