"Cat 5 was early to call and set the appointment and even arrived early for the job. Christian and Chris were very polite, immediately went to work and took time to explain what they were going to do. They even showed me the new and old motors. They finished the job in an hour and were careful not to wear work shoes in my house. Most important is the fact the motor works smoothly and quietly now. I highly recommend their services!"

"We had Homeshield shutters installed on our lanai about 4 years ago. When they work they are great, but have always had trouble with one of them and have to have them come out and fix. Never a charge before. Today they were here about 10 minutes to repair that same shutter and charged 800.00. This is highway robbery. We will find someone else to repair in the future. This was for our home, not business but the above would not let me enter that."
