She was not only compassionate and fair considering our budget, but solutions-oriented and an excellent communicator considering I was out of state and needed to make decisions remotely on behalf of my mother. They went the extra mile, did not cut corners and did great work overall -- from kitchen reno to bathroom repairs, drywall install to full house painting. When he removed the light from the box, he found that one of the three lights was broken. He went to Lowe's, exchanged the light, and then installed the new one. WOW!!! What great service, he really went above and beyond to be sure that the job was to perfection! I was extremely pleased with his attention to every detail of the job!"
