"5/21 /25 Kensy installed a generator transfer switch into our electrical panel box and also installed an extra outside electrical outlet that I needed next to my AC unit . Kensy showed up on time , he was very professional and polite. He took his time, making sure everything was done correctly and explained everything to us on how to use the generator transfer switch. " Both my washer and dryer went out on the same day. Incredible. I spoke with Allan Brown of Cold Appliance to get things fixed. All I can say is Mr Brown should be called MR Gold because that's the sort of service he provided. He found the trouble with the washer in about 5 minutes and suggested we test the trouble with the dryer by disconnecting the vent, That didn't work so he returned and diagnosed the dryer trouble very quickly as well. He advised us that it was best to purchase a new dryer.  ( The old one was in  place when we bought the house seven years ago). He even suggested a no-frills brand.
   As a service to his customers, he has prepared a booklet on helpful maintenance tips for various appliances. 
   Very friendly and I was very satisfied with his fee. Thank you Allan   !!!!!
