"A contractor I’ve been doing business with contacted Lonnie early Tuesday morning to perform plumbing services related to a broken water pipe. While at the house he: made a thorough inspection of all areas showing damage, and replaced a length of copper pipe with (far superior) pex pipe. The copper pipe had burst during the freeze of January 2024. He was diligent and careful to remove only those portions of drywall and other materials to evaluate the extent of water damage. Along the way, he made (plumbing-related) suggestions that would ultimately be money-saving. For example, he suggested getting a tankless water heater and tomorrow, he will install an icemaker connection box for our refrigerator. Lonnie is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He provides excellent plumbing services and he places them far above profit. I highly recommend him."

"Needed an outdoor faucet replaced. Had to be cut out and soldered. They asked if it was okay to turn the water off to replace the faucet. It took them no time at all to get the job done. They gave me a quote of 349 plus service call. Came to 398 total. Earnies plumbing gave me a quote of 900. Rowe’s plumbing is the company to use. Out of 5 stars I give them 10. I would highly reccomend them to everyone."

"When we originally contacted Cliff Morgan, I had to leave a voice mail.  He called me back within a couple of hours, and agreed to come take a look at the leak in addition to providing a free estimate.  He arrived on time and was very professional.  After listening to various water sources (sinks, shower, outdoor spigot, etc), he believed the leak was between the sink and the shower in one of the bathrooms.  He gave me a couple of leak scenarios and the associated repairs that would be done along with a best case estimate and a worst case estimate (noting that the cost could exceed the worst case if there was something that could not be foreseen with the repair).  He was available to do the work the next day, so we agreed. 
He called the next morning to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time.  He spent time methodically testing the water lines to pin point the offending pipe.  As he originally thought, the leak was on the cold side between the sink and shower in one of the bathrooms.  The repair was effective and efficient and he explained everything that he was doing.  The pieces cut out of the walls were small and neatly done.
Best of all, the total bill was actually *less* than the best case scenario quote, which was great news.
While we hope we never see him again (we don't need any more slab leaks!), we would not hesitate to contact him again.  Additionally, we'd highly recommend him.to anyone that needs his services.  If all contractors were like Cliff, home repair/update projects would be *far* less frustrating!

(2 different houses) From here on out Calahan Construction will be my FIRST call. I tried to give opportunities to friends of friends and gotten burned both times. Each time Mr. Calahan has come through to clean up their mess! In both situations previous repair companies offereoptions of new units or extremely high price repairs. Mr. Calahan provided me with pictures and a detailed explanation of my problem and did repairs at a fraction of the cost! Extremely professional and efficient service!
