"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Andy was so professional and polite from the start. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone I know. They fixed the issue with my aging dryer and I owe this company my gratitude, thanks for your professionalism and skills to fix my dryer."

"I recently faced an issue with my refrigerator not cooling correctly, so I reached out to Appliance Tech of East Texas LLC for assistance. Throughout the entire process, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and expertise, from the first phone call to the repair's completion. The technician, who I believe was named Nathan, arrived punctually, was amiable and knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He clearly explained the issue to me and provided a detailed estimate of the repair costs before proceeding. The repair was executed efficiently, and the technician made sure that everything was working correctly before leaving. Overall, I am exceedingly pleased with the service I received from Appliance Tech of East Texas LLC, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires appliance repair services."

I'm 26 years old. I speak both English/spanish. I have a truck and tools suitable for the kind of work I do during the week, when I have time off, I like to do side jobs to help people with work,(at a decent price) that most actual companies would charge a arm and a leg for, for the same quality!

"I hired Mr. Appliance to come into my home and repair my laundry machine. They came in and repaired my washer and stove. They attempted to fix the microwave however, it would have cost more to fix it than to repair it. I greatly appreciated their honestly just trying to charge me a ton of money. They were very professional and educated me on everything they were doing. I will recommend them to others."

"I wasnâ t ready to throw in the towel on my Electrolux Washing Machine I purchased in 2010. Thankfully, Matt was able to get it running as good as new in no time. He was prompt, through, and stayed late until the repair was complete and everything was cleaned up before he left. Highly recommend their services."

"I cancelled the service call because I found a better deal.
