"Got an estimate from Brian. Hired for repair of cracks and interior painting of living room, family room, kitchen, and hall. Two men (Walt and Bill) spent about 20+ hours working on the job. Showed up as scheduled each morning. Worked straight through until finished for each day. Work was spot on excellent. Both men barely spoke while working. Asked for our opinion and completed anything we brought up. Left the house exactly as they found it except for work they completed. Cost exactly as estimated. Highly recommended. Thanks."

"Where do I even start.... If I could give Do it Your Painting & More 100 stars, I would. I recently lost my father and acquired his house that needed quite a bit of work and a fresh facelift. He was a smoker and because of his health declining, was unable to keep up on some basic maintenance. After submitting a request for a quote through Angi's List, Dajuan responded promptly and professionally and answered many of my questions, that I'm sure were all over the place. Trying to handle a house project 1000 miles away and trying to find someone to do it was extremely overwhelming and stressful, especially while grieving, but Dajuan's understanding and communication made the process a lot smoother. He was able to meet me at my Father's house last minute while we were in town to go over some job options and gave me some advice to help me make some decisions. After a good month or so of a massive texting conversation, funding hiccups and decision making delays on my part, Dajuan and crew got the job done in the time frame I needed and came back in a timely manner to fix a couple things and complete a couple more jobs I added on at the end. He suggested a couple options for some weird issues in the house and pointed out some issues that need to be taken care of in the future that I can do on my own. Everything was perfect and the finished project came out 100x better than I had imagined and the smoke smell is gone! I am so thankful that the stars aligned to have found Dajuan and crew for this job. It was so nice to find someone who could tackle not only the painting but flooring installation, small kitchen remodel and stubborn ceiling fan installation. A package deal! "They have been excellent. They use Dunn Edwards paint which is the best in quality paint. I have never had any problems with their work and they are reasonably priced. They are very easy to work with and they are very responsive. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again."

As with most deals on Angie's list the fine print noted that because of the high demand of this deal there might be a wait.  I was in no hurry so that didn't bother me.  I set up an appointment for an estimate with Phil Natale.  That part went as planned.  He told me he would email me an estimate.  I reminded him I had an Angie's List deal for $1299 and he said he would email me an estimate of what the actual cost was later that day.  I had to call him to remind him.  After I got the estimate I didn't hear from him again so I called him back about 2 weeks later to see if I could schedule a date for painting.  He laughed and said he would have to come out first to give me an estimate.  This was when I was beginning to get annoyed with his attitude and lack of organization.  He doesn't seem to be able to handle the volume of traffic he gets from Angie's List.  I told him he had already come out to my house for the estimate and he had to look through his notes to find my house.  The deal was for 2 colors so I chose my colors and asked if he could paint my front door a different color.  He said that wouldn't be a problem and he didn't charge me for the third color so that was really nice.  We scheduled my house to be painted on June 11th and 12th.   He called me late on June 3rd and told me he had to reschedule me for the next day (June 4th).  I had already put in for the time off (June 12th) at work so I could be here when they painted my door.  He said that I didn't have to be here when they painted and they could come back on my day off to paint the door. 
This is the part where he lost a couple of grades.  When he gave me the estimate we agreed the house would be painted yellow and the pop outs ( trim and anything that stood out from the flat wall) would be painted white.  Since I was at work when they painted and didn't get home until after dark I really didn't get to see how the house looked until the next day. They did a beautiful job on the house.  It looked great from the front.  However, when I went around to the back I noticed they had painted the whole back of the house yellow.  When the painters came back to paint the front door I told them they needed to paint the pop out around the back window white.  I was told they would have to talk to Phil and maybe come back another day.  When I didn't hear back from anyone after a few days I called Phil.  He told me his painter told him that the area wasn't a 'pop out' and if they painted it they would charge me extra.  I asked Phil to come out and look at it himself and tell me what he calls it when the area surrounding the window pops out from the rest of the wall.

  He said he would get back to me which he never did and that was the end of it.  I would never reccommend Pro Quality or use them again.  I don't have the time or the patience for someone who doesn't treat me as a valued customer.

"I would hire Victor again in a heartbeat. Nicely done and great attention to detail. The original work involved patching and painting a patio and painting intricate entryway gate and window grates, all of which he did perfectly. I was so pleased, I had Victor tackle some stone masonry on our patio pillars. Likewise, his work was perfect."

"Good results.  I knew that I would have to replace everything since it was pretty old water heater and nothing up to code.  Quote was very complete, as I had read the reviews of others and knew what would be needed.  Install was quick with 2 men.  
They asked me briefly if I had a water softener and never pressured me to buy one.  
Had to ask them to walk me thru draining procedures and how to re-light pilot if needed, as well as maintenance schedule. Would recommend to others for new water heater installs....
