"I had to hire a local, appliance repair business who came to my house and reset the panel. He did not have to replace the latch ."

"Went very well and quick to see their work. Service tech came on time scheduled and well able to find the problem with our appliances."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with an appliance repair technician who fixed my refrigerator. He replaced the compressor and did an excellent job. Not only that, but he also provided a 90-day warranty for the repair, which gave me peace of mind. The entire process took 5 days, and I was impressed with his professionalism and efficiency. I highly recommend this technician for anyone in need of appliance repairs."

"Mr. Craig was really professional in his approach to this job. It isn't easy to find folks who want to do the smaller handyman jobs and finding him was great. We had an outside door whose trim had rotted and which needed replacing. He came and did up an estimate for us in a very prompt fashion. We were able to reuse the existing exterior solid wood door, which was in great shape - that was very helpful and cost efficient. He was good about keeping us in the loop on timing and did a good, thorough and very professional job on the door. I would definitely recommend him to others and use him again."

"Right before Thanksgiving we detected a leak from our upstairs toilet between our floors; and our dishwasher died. I contacted AWP through their web site; the response and scheduling were prompt. Vlad showed up on time, listened, understood the issue, explained what he was going to do then carefully fixed it. Later that day, the Home Depot crew came in to install our new dishwasher and could not complete the job. Vlad was back later that day - on a Friday - and took charge. As calm and unflappable as the first time he took care of doing everything just right. I would definitely hire AWP again. Very few professionals I have dealt with project and deliver such peace of mind."

"Highly recommend Home Squad! From our first interaction they made me feel like we were already a valued customer. We didn’t have a huge job, but they were professional nonetheless. I called them for an error code on our LG dryer and the tech was able to come out and get the issue resolved, as well as let us know about the things we could do to get not only our dryer, but all of our appliances maintained."

"We called Alpha Omega Appliance Service Last Thursday as we
needed our Jel Wend Range repaired. Chris answered the phone right away and we
were able to make an appointment later that day.  Chris came out with in the time he had
scheduled and assessed the problem that we were having.  He gave us a quote for the part and labor and
said he could get that part tomorrow and scheduled a time to come back the next
day.  Chris came back the next day.  When he swapped out the part and put the oven
back together the same problem existed.
After doing some other testing he realized what the problem was and
fixed it.  He removed the part he ordered
and replaced it back with the one original and did not charge us since we didn?t
need it.  We appreciated his honesty so
much and the fact that the cost to fix the over was let then he had quoted was
greatly appreciated as well.   We thought Chris did a great job and would
recommend him to anyone needing Appliance Repair.

"Excellent work done by Wend Na and his partner. I am thrilled with the results of my gas range and hood installation. I had recently remodelled and tracking down the power to the range hood was like a maize but they persevered, spent much longer than they anticipated but this customer couldn't be happier. Range hood is perfectly aligned, perfectionists:-) No mess, great conversation as they worked, cleaned up after themselves; such a pleasure to have met them. I will definately use them again. Thank you gentleman!!!"

"We were told by the appliance people that our new replacement fridge should have no issues fitting into the opening that the old subzero fit in, even though we would have to figure out how to cover up part of the opening cosmetically because the new fridge was about 14 inches shorter than the old one.
It turns out that after we got rid of the old fridge and had the new one delivered, the new one actually didn't fit into space where the old fridge was......for some reason even though the tech specs said the width of the refridgerator's were the same, the new one was about 1/4 wider! We scrambled and found several options for this odd emergency work required to get the new fridge in, and after speaking to three other "cabinet makers" listed on angies list,  i was able to "walk through" our unusual situation with Brian on the phone and he felt that he would be able to accomodate the jobs' needs.
Brian arrived on time the next morning , and did a great job accessing the actual situation, coming up with a plan, and executing the plan perfectly.  he was very sensitive to our wishes to make sure that in altering the original opening in the wooden wall, that we keep the edges pristine and aesthetically appealing, in line with the other "build in " appliances that we had in the wall.
(It is a "frank lloyd wright" style residence, so the woodwork was very specific and easily ruined.)
Brian took care of the practical issues (including hooking our water hoses up in the back of the fridge), but also did a fine and careful job in terms of the niceties of construction.  He cleaned up after himself, and believe me there was a lot of saw dust!
All in all, Brian really came through on last-minute notice and saved the day for us.  We had so many things going on that had to be completed within a three day period of our availability it was like Dominoes.....everything was completely timed out in terms of people removing appliances, delivering and setting up appliances and cleaning up the space for the next person to come in and do their job (window washing, other appliance replacements, roof cleaning, etc), so being on time and completing each task in a timely fashion was necessary.
