"Chris is awesome.  Where 5+ other appliance service folks were unwilling to work on our Samsung refrigerator, Chris had the experience and skills to jump in with enthusiasm.  Our freezer was working fine, but our fridge was not cooling properly.  On the same day I called, Chris came out that afternoon and professionally inspected, disassembled the system and diagnosed the problem (a faulty fan and iced coils - due to the faulty fan).  We had to order a part (overnight), which he then installed upon delivery - and now our Samsung is good as new.

He suggested I needed to replace the whole hot water dispenser system, I just needed the faucet replaced which he says that the faucet alone cannot be done, therefore, I have to buy and replace the whole unit. "We were happy with the work. Ryan was good to work with as far as picking out materials, making suggestions, he corrected issues while we were working with them. For example, we had picket out a certain type of faucet for the marble top, and we had ordered the wrong counter tops, and he went back and got a replacement. All that went well, and for what we had done, we were not discouraged by the work or anything. There was an issue afterwards that we had a problem with. One of our requirements in the bid was, that we needed to have some doors changed on a hallway closet. When he bid on the job, he said he would take car of that as part of his bid on the bathroom. There were 2 closets which needed the doors. We have a door that doesn't shut properly,and the grout on the tile that is opening up. We called him multiple times after the job was done, to fix the closet doors, and we sent him emails, but he never once returned the calls. Once he had the money, he wouldn't return our phone calls. He himself said he would come back and fix the closets when we were paying him, and we had to special order the doors. We had somebody else come and put the doors. The after experience left a sour taste in our mouth. Angie's List was important to him, he stated that,  and that is how we found him. We noticed that his guy was cleaning his paint brushes in our bathroom sink, and we are on a well. We had to clean up the mess from our sink, so we wondered what it was doing to our well."

I thought I would be using them a lot. I have not had not used them alot. I have 2 furnaces and they did replace one of them."
