Highlights: - I asked Joe if he could take photos for the insurance claim and he took lots of images that I forwarded (Thank you!) - The inspection and quote were fast and accurate - The work was great (we had crazy rain the days following and no more leaks) - Everything was left clean and neat :D nobody can tell any repairs occurred Areas of improvement: - I was getting communications from people and it felt like they were not talking to each other - I wish I was given a copy of the contract before work began - The crew came and left without giving any update - Initial invoice had a different business name"

"I’m not quite sure what is taking so long to get any updates from this company. I’ve been waiting for an update on the siding being painted, touch ups they missed to be fixed, have their interior team fix the walls their crew punched nails through the wall, broke the frame of our kitchen window, and pick up the materials that have been blocking our driveway since the start of the project. It took them three weeks from the initial pick up date I was given for their team to pick up and confirm that the honey bucket had been taken from our property. Of course I had to call them to follow up and actually get it picked up. All of this to basically summarize that if you want your siding done in a timely manner and to work with a cohesive team that values communication and their customers as much as theirs salesman Brad told us they do, then find another company aside from Pacific Exteriors."
