I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

Holes, water damage, etc that I didn't know about! He showed me pics, but I wanted to see it myself, so he went back up with me and pointed it all out. They showed up faster than I thought they would, cleaned up after themselves, and when some accidental damage happened, they told me about it right away and then Janston and the company were really responsive and took care of the repairs without any hassles. Other places would either lie and say it was there before them or whatever, but these guys showed integrity and accountability and fixed it right away!
