"Fantastic! I got new hardwood floors done by Otto hardwood floors. The results are remarkable. This company is the best. They are very professional and dedicated to the job. The owner has great communication skills. He made sure I knew and understood everything that he will be doing to my floors. He help me decided what was the best type of flooring for my house and provided me with all colors sample on the floor before I chosed. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to wood, vinyl, and laminate, His price are very reasonable actually the best in town. He makes sure you are happy when the job is complete. The owner also took the time to show us how to care for our hardwood floors. I cannot say enough about this company. They are 100% the best in everything. If you are looking to have your hardwood floors refinishing, fixed, or just need to get new hardwood floors I highly recommend this company. You will be glad you did. My floors look great. "Excellent service and fantastic results.  DJ gave us an estimate on hardwood floor installation.  This encompassed almost the entire flooring in our home.  The estimate included taking up the carpet on the areas we needed floored and removing all old materials.  Sanding, filling and 3 coats of Swedish finish.  He gave us an excellent installer, Mike.  Cannot say enough good things about Mike.  He knew exactly what to do.  Since we knew nothing about what installing hardwood entails, Mike was wonderful in explaining the process and answering all our questions.  They went above and beyond our expectations.  They even refinished an existing large area that was in need of this process. The kitchen and dining area had been distressed and when they refinished it the area looked completely different.  It looked like it was brand new. The final result is beautiful!  Our home looks 100% right.  I would highly recommend having Dj's Hardwood Floors.  They took the time and patience to produce a perfect finished product.  If we plan on having any more flooring done, we would only have Dj's Hardwood Floors install.

"The original request for quote was answered promptly, the owner came to our home, made the necessary measurements and got job details. We told him the type of flooring we wanted, he recommended a source to us, and were able to find what we were looking for, took samples home, selected our type,and spec.  We called the owner back, he priced out the material for the job and promptly sent us a proposal.  From previous calculations, his pricing seemed very fair.  We agreed to terms, and he gave us a tentative schedule.  He was unable to make that schedule, and a few days later gave us a firm date. 
The owner and his installer, Robert Banner, showed up promptly at the appointed time, 8:00 AM, and immediately set up for the job.  The owner said the job should be completed in one day.  
   Soon after, the owner left, and Robert went to work.  I have never seen a more expert technician, who worked steadily and did and outstanding job with the installation.  The floor is truly beautiful, and we could not have asked for a more professional installation.  After the job was complete, Robert made a detailed clean up, and left everything very probably cleaner than it was before hestarted the job.  The job was complete by 5:00PM.  I would recommend The Hardwood Pro for any hardwood flooring work you might have.  And a  special kudo to Robert Banner, the technician on this job.
