"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Vitalli is professional and very skilled at what he does. I happened upon his contact information when I needed an appliance repair I believe for my dryer. I have a few rentals as well and have used him now multiple times for my primary residence and my rentals. He has now helped me with washers, dryers, microwaves, stovetops, downdraft blower, fridges, freezers, etc. (my primary residence is around 20 years old so we seem to be having issues with everything) + my rentals. He has been able to help me with it all. He is trustworthy, honest, fair, and very skilled. I would highly recommend his services to anyone."

"Artem was absolutely fantastic and very professional. He was able to get my oven back up and running just in time. Would absolutely recommend his service!!!"

"We called Alpha Omega Appliance Service Last Thursday as we
needed our Jel Wend Range repaired. Chris answered the phone right away and we
were able to make an appointment later that day.  Chris came out with in the time he had
scheduled and assessed the problem that we were having.  He gave us a quote for the part and labor and
said he could get that part tomorrow and scheduled a time to come back the next
day.  Chris came back the next day.  When he swapped out the part and put the oven
back together the same problem existed.
After doing some other testing he realized what the problem was and
fixed it.  He removed the part he ordered
and replaced it back with the one original and did not charge us since we didn?t
need it.  We appreciated his honesty so
much and the fact that the cost to fix the over was let then he had quoted was
greatly appreciated as well.   We thought Chris did a great job and would
recommend him to anyone needing Appliance Repair.

"Awesome service. Vlad was able to show up same day and was 50% cheaper then a couple other places I had received estimates (which were outrageous) and couldn’t show up for several days. Fair price for the work done."

"We were happy with the work. Ryan was good to work with as far as picking out materials, making suggestions, he corrected issues while we were working with them. For example, we had picket out a certain type of faucet for the marble top, and we had ordered the wrong counter tops, and he went back and got a replacement. All that went well, and for what we had done, we were not discouraged by the work or anything. There was an issue afterwards that we had a problem with. One of our requirements in the bid was, that we needed to have some doors changed on a hallway closet. When he bid on the job, he said he would take car of that as part of his bid on the bathroom. There were 2 closets which needed the doors. We have a door that doesn't shut properly, and the grout on the tile that is opening up. We called him multiple times after the job was done, to fix the closet doors, and we sent him emails, but he never once returned the calls. Once he had the money, he wouldn't return our phone calls. He himself said he would come back and fix the closets when we were paying him, and we had to special order the doors. We had somebody else come and put the doors. The after experience left a sour taste in our mouth. Angie's List was important to him, he stated that,  and that is how we found him. We noticed that his guy was cleaning his paint brushes in our bathroom sink, and we are on a well. We had to clean up the mess from our sink, so we wondered what it was doing to our well."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
